Linda Ikeji Has Reported Wizkid To The Lagos State Police

The war between Linda Ikeji and Wizkid is far from over, and has taken a whole new twist. Via a report from TheNET, Wizkid could very well be in legal trouble, after threatening to send his little cousin beat up Linda.

According to the report Linda Ikeji filed an official complaint with the Lagos State commissioner of Police Fatai Owoseni, and Wizkid has been summoned to appear for questioning.

A lawyer told Thenetng: ‘under the Nigerian Constitution, if a citizen is threatened by a fellow citizen, It is expected you report to the nearest Police Station who will subsequently conduct an investigation determine the next line of action’.

Section 323 of the criminal code states that ‘Any person who, knowing the contents thereof directly or indirectly causes any person to receive any writing threatening to kill any person is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for 7 years.

WizKid and Linda Ikeji’s feud erupted on social media about a week ago after WizKid accused her of sleeping with his video director, and also went on to attempt to make fun of her by saying she's almost 40 and Lonely. Linda in return wrote up a big response in her blog accusing WizKid of being mad at her because she refused to work with him, and also claimed that his lekki home is rented and not bought.
